Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant rubber composition having excellent oil resistance, weather resistance and flame-retardance as well as mechanical properties and processability and especially useful as an electric wire covering material, roll of a copying machine, belt, sealing material, or the like, and provide a rubber product made of the composition. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant rubber composition contains (A) 35-94 pts. mass of an unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene rubber, (B) 3-62 pts. mass of an ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer, (C) 3-62 pts. mass of a hydrogenated diene polymer (A+B+C=100 pts. mass) and (D) 50-400 pts. mass of a flame-retardant.
