REFILL TYPE POUCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill type pouch carrying a self-standing characteristic and having a pouring-out port at its upper corner part through a heat-sealing operation, capable of simplifying a manufacturing step, reducing its cost, performing a safe transfer of its content into a bottle or the like having a relative small opening diameter and showing a superior economical characteristic as well as its applicability in use. SOLUTION: A refill type pouch 100 is formed in a standing pouch form in which a bottom part 2 is provided with a gazette 6 using a bottom surface film, its upper corner part is provided with a spouting port 10 having an extremity end and both side portions heat sealed thereto. A seal opening means such as a cutting line 11 or the like is arranged near the extremity end and at the same time a heat seal line is arranged inside the spouting port 10 ranging from the seal opening position at the extremity end to its base part and has a shape including parallel linear line portions 12 and a skirt portion 13 being continuous to the linear line portions.
