EYE MOVEMENT ANALYSIS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye movement analysis system that can accurately inspect eyes for optotype tracking functions without fixing heads and can more accurately and easily grasp the relative relations between the positions of eyeballs and the position of a visual target and, simultaneously can provide auxiliary data used for judging diseases and more pertinently discriminating the degrees of serious illnesses etc. SOLUTION: This eye movement analysis system is constituted to process an eyeball image fetched by means of an eyeball image pickup device (2) which picks up the image of the movement of an eyeball tracking a visual target displayed on the display (4) of a goggle-type head set (5) by means of an image pickup camera (7) by reflecting the movement by a half-mirror (6) disposed on this side of the display (4) and to output the relation between the data about the movement of the eyeball and the data about the movement of the visual target as a following error indicating graph, in which the time is plotted along the axis of abscissa and the deviation between the positions of the visual target and eyeball is plotted along the axis of ordinate, based on the data about the movement of the eyeball and the data about the movement of the optotype.
