DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING INFORMATION, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select one out of a plurality of commands occurred during a specified period of term. SOLUTION: A command history table is provided with a column to enter a name of command and a time of day by kind of pan, tilt, and zoom. When a command of each kind is supplied for the first time, the name of command and the time of day are entered; when a command of the kind which has already been entered is supplied, the name of the supplied command is entered (overwritten) but the time of day is not. That is, when a command of the kind of tilt is supplied in a state that newly supplied names of command and supplied time of day of the commands supplied earliest are entered, the name of command and the supplied time of day are entered; when a command of the kind of either pan or zoom, only the name of command is overwritten. At the time of transmitting a command, a command corresponding the earliest time of day is selected and transmitted. The present invention is applicable to a personal computer.
