Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching circuit with a simple configuration capable of attaining matching over broad-band frequencys. SOLUTION: By selecting connected parts of bonding ribbons 41, 42, the paths of microstrip lines 14 to 28 are selected and a path between broadband amplifiers 2, 3 can be set to have an optional physical length, and by making the output phase of the broadband amplifier 2 conjugated with the input phase of the broadband amplifier 3, the broadband amplifiers 2 and 3 can be mutually matched. Since the broadband matching circuit 1 is configured to insistently take matching through setting of the physical length without the need for using a stub line, the matching is ensured for frequencies other than a desired frequency in addition to the desired frequency resulting in taking matching over broadband frequencies. The matching circuit comprises: the microstrip lines 12, 14 to 28; a DC blocking capacitor 13; and the bonding ribbons 41, 42 to realize a simple configuration. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
