PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search only video information of a particular object with high accuracy at high speed among photographed video information items. SOLUTION: Each object to be photographed carries a tag ID transmitter 10 to which a tag ID being a personal identifier different from objects is respectively stored in advance. A tag ID receiver 21 receives a radio wave transmitted from the tag ID transmitter 10 and extracts the tag ID included in this radio wave. A tag ID signal generating section 22 generates a tag ID signal on the basis of the tag ID received by the tag ID receiver 21. A video audio recording apparatus 23 photographs the object carrying the tag ID transmitter 10 and outputs a photographed video audio signal. A tag ID signal attaching section 24 attaches the tag ID signal generated by the tag ID signal generating section 22 to the video audio signal from the video audio recording apparatus 23 as a closed caption signal.
