METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DIFFERENT DIRECTION ELECTRIC CONDUCTION FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a different direction electric conduction film in which terminal connection excellent in connection reliability and insulating property is enabled at a low cost, by arranging regularly conductive particles only in a specified region. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a different direction electric conduction film, a roll 11 is used wherein a recessed part 19 is worked so as to be a desired arrangement pattern. After the conduction particles 18 are captured by the roll 11 surface when passing paste where the conductive particles 18 are dispersed, conductive particles adhered on the roll 11 surface except the recessed part 19 are corrected, and a process for transferring regularly only the conductive particles 18 captured by the recessed part by using liquid 20 as binder is used.
