Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a getter material or a getter element which can hold a plenty of gas absorption alloy particles, easy to be processed in an arbitrary shape, hardly dropping off the alloy particles during handling, and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: This getter element is integrated in a manner that the gas absorption alloy particles are carried by a porous metal with a three-dimensional net structure, adhered with a nonorganic high thermal resistance adhesive on a surface of a metal carrier, or carried between a porous metal sheet and a metal thin plate. When the alloy particles are formed integrally in such a manner, a heating lead wire for activating the getter element or a metal wire for holding the getter element is also built in and integrated together with the getter element.
