METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DATABASE SNAPSHOT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-time snapshot technique that ensures DB consistency when reflecting update information on a master database to a replica database. SOLUTION: A database input processing part 300 of a machine 110, when updating a master DB 320-1, registers the occupation of a DB area to be consistently exclusively occupied in a DB management table 330-1, and outputs DB occupation information indicating the DB area, DB update information, and DB release information indicating the release of the DB area to a transaction log. A DB difference reflection processing part 370 reads in the DB update information on the DB area from the transaction log to save it in an intermediate file 380, and then sets the DB area exclusive to reflect the saved DB update information en bloc to a replica DB 320-2.
