Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method which enable easy access to raw oscillation data. SOLUTION: Even in the case that a signal adjusting device (30) is installed to an engine (14) or to an engine pylon, the signal adjusting device (30) is capable of digitizing an input signal and analyzing and storing a limited amount of raw data. A raw signal is digitized at a high speed, and a digitized value is stored. Stored values can be retrieved after flight. This improved aircraft oscillation processor and the recording system enable easy access to a raw oscillation waveforms even if the processor (30) is constituted in such a way as to be arranged in the engine (14) or in the engine pylon.
