Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical detecting method using fluorescence labeling and a biochemical analytical method which has high detection sensitivity, good S/N ratio and high precision. SOLUTION: The biochemical detecting method to detect a target substance included in a sample comprises a process to form a probe-target substance compound material 4 by a biochemical specific bonding caused by making a contact with a sample including a target substance to be detected and a probe 3 enabling to biochemically bond with the target substance, a process to obtain a labeled probe-target substance compound material which is labeled with a storage phosphor by adhering storage phosphor particles to the probe of the probe-target substance compound material 4, a process to accumulate primary excitation energy to the storage phosphor included in the labeled probe-target substance compound material by applying primary excitation energy to the sample including the labeled probe-target substance compound material, and a process to detect radiated light emitted from the storage phosphor in the labeled probe-target substance compound material by applying secondly excitation energy to the sample. Since a light having a long wavelength is used as the secondly excitation energy light to detect luminescence, photodecomposition and background noises which generally occur in organic dyes can be avoided.
