Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the drop impact strength of an Fe-Ni-Co alloy without adding an element for enhancing the strength. SOLUTION: The high-strength Fe-Ni-Co alloy for a shadow mask comprises, by mass%, 30-35% Ni, 2-8% Co, 0.50% or less Mn, and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities or accompanying elements (wherein the elements are 0.10% or less C, 0.10% or less Si, 0.05% or less Al, 0.005% or less S and 0.005% or less P); is formed of a rolling structure; when annealed at 750°C for 15 minutes, develops a recrystallized structure in which the grain size number is 9.5 or larger; and when annealed at 850°C for 15 minutes, develops a recrystallized structure in which the grain size number is 8.5 or larger.
