Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shearing force generated in the leg part of a resin board even if the resin-made cover thermally expands, since the leg part moves along a pin without interfering with the hole part of the metal board and absorbs the thermal expansion of the resin board when the resin board thermally expands without the leg part being restrained by a hole part of a metal board. SOLUTION: The resin-made cover 13 is made to be a resin board 21 at the surface side and a metal board 23 at the back surface side. A hole part 32 and a pin 35 crossed over the hole part are provided on the metal plate 23. The resin-made cover is provided with the leg part 27 having length h penetrating the hole part 32 from the resin board 21, and constituted so as to surround the pin 32 by melting the leg part 27.
