SLIDE CORE GUIDE DEVICE AND INJECTION MOLD MECHANISM USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide core guide device capable of smoothly moving an inclined pin in an inclined direction over a long period of time and capable of accurately guiding end moving a slide core to a predetermined position by reducing local abrasion, and an injection mold mechanism using it. SOLUTION: The slide core guide device 1 is equipped with the inclined pin 7 inclined with respect to the moving direction A of an ejector plate 2 to pierce the through-holes 4 of a receiving plate 3 and holding the slide core 6 at one end part 5 thereof, a guiding/moving means 9 for guiding and moving the inclined pin 7 in the inclined direction C inclined with respect to the moving direction A of the ejector plate 2 on the basis of the movement of the ejector plate 2 and a pin support 10 arranged on the side of the other end part 8 of the inclined pin 7 to be fixed to the receiving plate 3 and supporting the inclined pin 7 in a freely slidable and shakable manner.
