Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor oven comprising an oven body(100) equipped with a heating chamber (1) set up with heaters (41a), (41b), (42a), (42b) and a conveyor(3) for loading and unloading the heating chamber (1) with a food material (M) by passage through the heating chamber (1), designed to accomplish energy saving through suppressing heat loss in the heating chamber (1). SOLUTION: The conveyor oven has the following construction and mechanism: the oven body (100) is provided with plates (2a), (2b) for opening/closing as desired a loading port (11) and an unloading port (12) for the food material (M) provided on the heating chamber (1), wherein the plate (2a) on the loading port (11) side is opened simultaneously with starting a cooking, while the plate (2b) on the unloading port (12) side is opened later than the plate (2a) on the loading port (11) side.
