WASHING WATER-FILTERING DEVICE IN FOOD-WASHING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water-filtering device in a food-washing apparatus, which has an improved filtration ability, enables the continuous operation of the food-washing apparatus without needing the stoppage of the operation of the whole food-washing apparatus, when a mesh filtration bag is exchanged or cleaned, and can improve a food-washing ability. SOLUTION: In this washing water-filtering device, a submerged pump 41 is disposed in a water tank 40 disposed between an upstream side circulation piping 31 and a downstream side circulation piping 32, and bag-like meshes 46, 46 are detachably attached to two changeover pipings 45, 45, respectively, capable of being changed over with a changeover valve 44 connected to the discharging side of the submerged pump. The washing water is sucked with the submerged pump in the water tank in a state that the changeover valve 44 is changed over to either of the changeover pipings 45, 45, and then returned to the water tank through one of the bag-like meshes from the changeover piping.
