OPERATION MONITOR DEVICE OF MILK TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation monitor device of a milk temperature control system, with which a dairy farmer can quickly know the abnormality of the system on the occurrence of the abnormality, even when the dairy farmer does not stay beside the milk temperature control system, and to provide a method for monitoring the same. SOLUTION: A temperature-measuring means 4 disposed in a bulk cooler 2 is connected to an A/D converter 5. A personal computer 6 is connected to a modem connected to an internet connection network 10. Electronic mails can be transmitted and received between a communication terminal 11 such as a cell phone, and a factory and an inspection agency. Temperature data just after measured, and operation monitor data such as monitoring times, monitoring temperatures and monitoring information are saved in ROM or RAM. The independent monitoring times and monitoring temperatures of a plurality of monitoring treatment processes are set. When the temperature is out of the monitoring temperatures, a plurality of monitoring treatments are made for each treatment, and the operation abnormality of the bulk cooler 2 is informed a communication terminal 11 such as cell phone with an electronic male.
