ELECTRIC CABLE HOLDER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SUB-HARNESS USING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the insertion of a terminal or the like into a connector housing without making a mistake of a position by using a single color electric cable. SOLUTION: An electric cable holder 1 equipped with a cable holding part 3 and a display part 5 relative to a cable 6a or a terminal-equipped cable 6 in the cable holding part is adopted. The cable holding part 3 continues from a slit part 4 capable of changing forms freely. The cable holding part may be structured between two members such as a case and a cover, and a protrusion for holding the cable of flexible nature or the like may be provided. The display part 5 shows a color display for cable identification and/or a cable circuit name and circuit number, and/or a number or the like showing a terminal housing part of the connector housing inserted with the cable or the terminal-equipped cable 6. The cable holding parts 1, 12, 13may be structured capable of uniting a plurality of pieces. After each cable with terminal is held by each cable holding part 3, the terminal-equipped cable 6 is separated from the cable holding part 3 and inserted into the terminal housing part corresponding to the display part 5 of the connector housing.
