Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell cogeneration system with high economical effect by suppressing total purchasing power amount in whole residences of a residence group. SOLUTION: When the fuel cell cogeneration system 1 is introduced in an apartment house constituted with a plurality of dwelling houses 11A-11E, fuel cells 12A-12E, hot water storage tanks 13A-13E, and inverters 15A-15E are installed in the whole dwelling houses 11A-11E of the apartment house. A power line network 3 is distributed to the whole dwelling houses 11A-11E of the apartment house. The inverters 15A-15E link power loads 16A-16E to the fuel cells 12A-12E and the power line network 3. A linking device 2 linking the power line network 3 to an electric power system 4 is installed.
