TAPE CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cartridge capable of preventing a cartridge pin from falling and coming off owing to the dropping-impact or the like. SOLUTION: The cartridge pin 22 is provided as a contact prevention member for preventing a tape reeled out from a tape reel 14 and an edge part 35a of a tape drawing opening part 35 from making contact with each other. The cartridge pin 22 is supported retractably on the internal surfaces of an upper shell 11 and a lower shell 12 forming together a cartridge case 13. Hereby, even when external force is applied in a direction where the shells are separated, the contact prevention member follows the deformation of the shells to keep an engagement of the shells as it is. It is thus possible to prevent the contact prevention member from falling or coming off owing to the dropping-impact or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
