Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing control device and a printing control method capable of rapidly acquiring a printed material while maintaining the confidentiality of print data. SOLUTION: When a printer receives print data and a password established for the print data, it approves printing of the received print data (S307) and stores the print data on a hard disc (S309). If the password entered for the printer after the print data are stored is identical with the password received from the PC along with the print data, printing of the printing data stored on the hard disc is approved.
