PUBLIC MANAGEMENT TASK SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a public management task system for strengthening the involvement of private sectors and people to let them provide information to each other concerning a public management task. SOLUTION: The management task person terminal of public management property such as roads is connected to the user terminal of people. A contact destination information storing means stores the public management property and the contact destination of the management task person by associating them. A countermeasure request accepting means receives the specific information of the public management property whose abnormal situation is generated and its condition information. A countermeasure request outputting means acquires the contact destination information of the person in charge of the management task from the contact destination information storing means based on the received specific information, and notifies it. A countermeasure registering means receives countermeasure information corresponding to the countermeasure request from the terminal of the management task person. A countermeasure relation outputting means receives the destination of a retrieval condition associated with a date or place from the user terminal, and extracts and transmits the corresponding information to the user terminal.
