Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient recycling process system which takes into account of costs and recycling process time into consideration. SOLUTION: The recycling process system includes a host computer which stores and retains information indicating how an image forming apparatus is used; a recycling expense management means for calculating, storing and retaining the expenses required for a recycling process; and calculation of the recycling process time for calculating the time required for recycling.
