MANUFACTURE METHOD OF OPTICAL FIBER COUPLER, MANUFACTURE EQUIPMENT THEREOF AND OPTICAL FIBER COUPLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture method capable of easily manufacturing an optical fiber coupler of broadband multibranch. SOLUTION: A first optical fiber is pulled and is preliminarily stretched while being heated. Therein, the first and second optical fibers are retained so that respective side surfaces of at least two pieces of the second optical fibers are brought into contact with the side surface of an elongated part of the first optical fiber which is preliminarily stretched and the side surfaces of the second optical fibers are not brought into contact with each other.
