Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring hearth trough for blast furnace with which the constituting period can be shortened at 1/3-1/2 in comparison with the conventional construction, by constructing concrete and red brick on the pouring hearth for blast furnace and saving a fire-proof heat-insulating material and refractory material. SOLUTION: An integral type pouring hearth trough for blast furnace is stacked with the concrete block 10, the fire-proof heat-insulating material 7 and the refractory material 4 in order from the outside, and integrated with these materials before constructing. Further, the fire-proof heat-insulating material is used for monolithic refractory and the side wall of the refractory material is composed of a water-cooling block or precast block and the bottom part of the refractory material is composed of a refractory brick and in the inside thereof, a refractory material 9 for trough is disposed and the monolithic refractory material is used for the refractory material.
