Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in compatibility, cold curability and surface drying property, wherein the composition is reduced in odor and volatilization of monomers in liquid state and in curing from liquid to solid, that is, has low odor, and is a radical-curable low odor resin composition excellent in curability, having short curing time and excellent room temperature curability, sufficiently curable even in contact with air and excellent in surface drying property, and to provide a civil engineering and construction material and a coating material. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) a polyether acrylic urethane resin having (meth)acryloyl at the molecular terminals, (B) an air drying property-imparting polymer selected from unsaturated polyesters using a drying oil as an alcoholysis compound and unsaturated polyester resins or alkyd resins using the drying oil and/or its fatty acid compounds and (C) an ethylenically unsaturated (meth)acryloylated monomer having ≥160 molecular weight.
