Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an especially flat film which has the almost uniform coefficient of thermal expansion in all the planar directions despite the coefficient of thermal expansion in each layer is locally nonuniform corresponding to the directions, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal polymer film is constituted as follows. Two separate intermediate body films, which have the substantial biaxial orientation respectively, are formed of a liquid crystal polymer having thermally and chemically high stability by using a double-ringe-like tube extrusion die, Next, the intermediate body films are laminated with a continuous method so as to form a biaxially oriented integrated film structure.
