STERILE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterile system having high expandability and operation efficiency, capable of preventing microorganism, etc., attached to the surface of a material to be sterilized and a culture vessel from flowing out to the outside of an isolator and to provide a method for using the sterile system. SOLUTION: In the sterile system, the isolator 2 of the culture apparatus 1 has six side wall surfaces, and an incubator 3, a refrigerator 4, a surface-sterilizing means 5 and an RTP 7 are connected through opening and closing doors 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A and 7A, and a half suit 8 and a centrifugal separator 9 for separating a body fluid of human body or animal into a supernatant liquid and a precipitation liquid are installed in the isolator 2. The method for using the sterile system comprises sterilizing the surface of the culture vessel by the surface sterilizing means and carrying out the calture vessel to the outside of the culture apparatus when culture of the cell is normally carried out, and heat-sterilizing the culture vessel by the heat-sterilizing means, sterilizing the cell in the culture vessel and carrying out the culture vessel to the outside of the culture apparatus when abnormality occurs in culture of the cell.
