Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secure closed network connection specifying the user or the terminal, while maintaining communication flexibility and mobility in the connection environment through simple verification. SOLUTION: The PC20-1 generates the IP address from the higher order bits of the IP address received from an edge rooter 40 and the lower bits generated, on the basis of the MAC address. Then it makes verification with the authentication server 51, by using the digital certificate inside the hardware key 10 mounted in it. When verification is successful, the authentication server 51 registers the IP address of the PC20-1 in the DDNS server 52, correlating it with the host name, and instructs the edge rooter 40 to transfer the communication packets from this IP address.
