Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate hitting noise generated by the impact of the end face of the cutout of a conventional clutch outer in the rotating direction against the end face of the outer peripheral projected part of a drive frictional plate in the rotating direction in a dry multi-disk clutch comprising a clutch outer rotatingly driven by a crankshaft, a plurality of drive friction plates interlocked with the clutch outer, driven friction plates alternately disposed between the plurality of drive friction plates and interlocked with a transmission shaft, and a pressure plate pressingly holding the plurality of driving and driven friction plates in the clearance thereof from the clutch outer or releasing the pressing, and engaging or disengaging the transmission of power between a crankshaft and a transmission shaft. SOLUTION: The outer periphery of the clutch outer is engaged with the outer periphery of the drive friction plate through a plurality of strap plates. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
