FLUID PRESSURE ACTUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure actuator with suppressed generation of viscous foreign matter in working oil to facilitate its maintenance. SOLUTION: A swash plate type piston pump comprises: a cylinder 1; a piston 2 inserted into the cylinder; a swash plate cam 3 for driving and reciprocating the piston 2; a returning spring 4 constantly pushing the piston 2 against the swash plate cam 3; a thrust ball bearing 5 inserted between the swash plate cam 3 and the piston 2; and a thrust ball bearing 6 supporting the swash plate cam 3 in an axial direction with respect to a main body. The swash plate cam 3 is fit on a rotation shaft 8 of an electric motor, so that the electric motor 7 drives and rotates the swash plate cam 3. Content of abrasion resistant agent with respect to a major component in the working oil is 0.5% at a maximum. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
