Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag, which can be opened by tearing it easily from prescribed spots on a peripheral heat-bonded part of the bag, cannot be torn unavoidably, is free from a danger of injuring the hands and fingers, and allows even a visually handicapped person to find the tearing spots easily. SOLUTION: The packaging bag has an inner layer of heat adhesive resin layer, which is sealed via the peripheral heat-bonded part, and unsealing means composed of a plurality of fine notches for unsealing the packaging bag are formed on the prescribed spots on the outer edge of the peripheral heat-bonded part.
