MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LAMINATED MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a manufacturing method of a laminated material which performs a forming process of a fiber-reinforced plastic plate, a forming process of a polyimide foamed material and a process of jointing the fiber-reinforced plastic plate to the polyimide foamed material simultaneously at one time thereby to greatly reduce processes, easily manufacture the laminated material and shape the polyimide foamed material into a required dimension and shape dispensing with dimensional fabrication. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, there is filled between prepreg plates 7 the mixture of a polyimide balloon 9 and a binder 10 composed of polyimide powder 11 or polyimide varnish 12. In the next heating process, the prepreg plate 7 is hardened to form a fiber-reinforced plastic plate, and the binder 10 is hardened to bind the space between the polyimide balloons 9 and form the polyimide foamed material.
