METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FILLING LIQUID IN LIQUID CONTAINING BAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that deaerated ink cannot be filled in an ink bag by a simple device configuration while a dissolved gas amount is suppressed low. SOLUTION: There are set a filling nozzle 128 for filling the ink from an ink filling aperture set at a holding member 3 of the ink bag 1, melting heads 141 and 142 for melting and sealing the ink filler port 13, a nozzle three-way valve 127 having the filling nozzle 128 connected thereto, and a work evacuation standby opening valve 132. Prior to filling of the ink from the filling nozzle 128, a bag body 2 of the ink bag 1 is decompressed and sucked inside, and at the same time the bag body 2 is pressed by a work clamper 152 including a foam member 152a to discharge the air. Thereafter, the ink is filled from the filling nozzle 128 into the bag body 2, and the ink filler port 13 is melted and sealed by the melting heads 141 and 142. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
