Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a three-dimensional, functional, structural, and anatomical image data set associated with spatial relation. SOLUTION: A combinational apparatus 1 is formed, which combines an apparatus 4 for taking images of a tomographic image data set and apparatus 2, 3, 5 for taking X-ray projection images. A first inspection area detected by the X-ray projection images includes a second inspection area detected by the tomographic image data set at least partially. The X-ray projection images allow three-dimensional reconstruction of the first inspection area. A plurality of X-ray projection images of the first inspection area can be produced so that the reconstruction can be associated with the second inspection area based on fixed spatial relation.
