Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a new strain capable of extracellularly producing an α-1,2-mannosidase, to obtain a DNA for producing microorganisms capable of expressing the α-1,2-mannosidase, to provide a method for industrially advantageously producing the α-1,2-mannosidase using them, and to provide a method for efficiently producing an α-mannosyl saccharide compound using the α-1,2-mannosidase. SOLUTION: The new α-1,2-mannosidase, derived from the genus Cellulocimicrobium, comprises an amino acid sequence ranging from the 2-position amino acid to the 1,757-position amino acid in a specific sequence or an amino acid sequence where one or more amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the above amino acid sequence.
