Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ingredient-prepared food to be heated even at a place with no heat source such as gas or electricity. SOLUTION: This ingredient-prepared food is so constructed that ingredient-prepared curry is seal-packed in a heat-resistant retort pouch and subjected to heat sterilization under pressure and alternately laminated with a heating device consisting of a chemical exothermic agent as a mixture of 23.2±2 g of mixed powder and 25.2±2 g of iron powder and the whole is then covered with a thermally insulating pouch. Specifically, the ingredient-prepared curry is prepared by steaming once an ingredient-prepared rice reduced in protein to 1/10 that of raw rice, potassium to about 1/15 and phosphorus to about 1/3 followed by boiling to effect the water content to 60 wt.%, 180 g of the resultant boiled rice is weighed and seal-packed in a heat-resistant pouch followed by carrying out heat sterilization under pressure. The 160 g contents with an energy of 173 Kcal represent ingredient-prepared daily dishes comprising 3.8 g protein, 6.9 g lipids, 21.8 g carbohydrates, 2.1 g dietary fibers, 124 g water, 1.4 g ash, 445 mg sodium, 1.1 g common salt equivalent, 128 mg potassium, 34 mg phosphorus, 603 mg chlorine, 21 mg calcium, 1.3 mg iron, 13 mg magnesium and 13 mg cholesterol.
