STATOR CORE FOR ELECTRIC MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple split type stator core in which inner diameter dimensional accuracy/inner diameter roundness and outer diameter dimensional accuracy/outer diameter roundness are improved. SOLUTION: The stator core of an inner rotor type electric motor has a structure which is split at each one or a plurality of pole tees and in which a plurality of plates having the same shapes are laminated by dowel caulking. In the stator core, a dowel caulking position is designed so that the layout centroid of the dowel caulking position coincides with the shape centroid of the stator core. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
