ACCESS MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access management device disabling read of secret information except for an allowable method. SOLUTION: This system comprises a bilological sensor 101 for reading biological information such as fingerprint, an IC card reader/writer 103 for reading information stored in an IC card 107, and the access management device 105 for extracting the characteristic of the biological information, comparing the extracted characteristic of the biological infomration with reference biological information stored in the IC card 107, or connecting a part of PIN information inputted by a user with PIN information except the part. The IC card 107 has a PIN information storage part for storing PIN information of a specified user, a storage part for storing the reference biological information of the specified user and a part of PIN information, a secret information storage part for storing secret information, and a processing part for comparing the PIN information stored in the PIN information storage part with PIN information transmitted from the access managment device 105.
