SOLUTION: The information processing device 12 for transmitting data to the navigation device 1 by way of a communication means 18 comprises an operation data memory means 15 for storing data concerning the operation of the navigation device 1 by a user in accordance with a specific parameter, a means for specifying the state of the navigation device 1 that the user desire based on specific conditions and the data concerning the operation of the navigation device 1 stored in the operation data memory means 15, and a means for transmitting data for realizing the specified state to the navigation device 1 by way of the communication means 18.
