SOLUTION: In a chemical analysis device that introduces a sample, stores the structure for retaining the reagent reacting with the sample, and has a detection mechanism in the sample after the reaction, the structure comprises a reagent cartridge having a reagent storage section for storing a plurality of reagents, a connection section for connecting the reagent cartridge; a reagent channel for allowing the plurality of reagents to flow down; a sample channel for allowing a target to be inspected to flow down; and a channel cartridge having a reaction region, where the reagent reacts with the target to be inspected.
