Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplate clutch which is well disconnected, with a slapping sound caused by collision between a clutch outer and a drive friction plate reduced. SOLUTION: A multiplate clutch 1 comprises a clutch outer 15 which is rotated by a crank shaft, a plurality of drive friction plates 16 which are fitted to the clutch outer 15 for sliding in the direction of axial line C and rotate together, and following friction plates 17 which are alternately disposed with the plurality of drive friction plates 16 and interlocked with a main shaft 5 of a transmission 4. The transfer of power between the crank shaft and the main shaft 5 is disconnected or connected when the plurality of drive friction plates 16 and following friction plates 17 are press-contacted or released in the direction of axial line C. A cylinder part 23 in the direction of axial line C is provided to the clutch outer 15, and the drive friction plate 16 is fitted to the clutch outer 15 through the cylinder part 23.
