CONCRETE MEMBER OF OUTSIDE THERMAL INSULATION AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete member of an outside thermal insulation capable of smoothly exhausting heat of inflow from a shell as well as moisture exhaust. SOLUTION: A thermal insulating material 3 is provided to the outside of a skeleton concrete 2, a ventilation layer 5 consisting of a permeable member is provided to the outside of the thermal insulating material 3, and an exterior facing 6 is provided to the outside of the ventilation layer 5. The ventilation layer 5 can be formed of porous concrete. In the case of manufacturing, the porous concrete is placed on a form, the thermal insulating material is placed on the upper part of the porous concrete, and the skeleton concrete is placed on the upper part of the thermal insulating material to integrate them with each other.
