Further, a step of degreasing where oil and fat and stains remaining on the surface of a workpiece are removed, and a step of washing where the pretreatment agent remaining on the surface of the workpiece is removed are performed. Thereafter, chemical etching is performed to the workpiece with the metal surface treatment aqueous solution, and a step of neutralization and rust prevention where the pretreatment agent remaining on the surface of the workpiece is neutralized is performed.
