Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlight aligning device having a regulation device installed between a body structure and a headlight supporting member capable of being installed without much labor and allowing simply the location in alignment of the headlight in the body accommodation part. SOLUTION: A regulating element E of this headlight aligning device consists of a resilient ring 6 tightened between retaining members 3 and 4 through a regulating screw 5, wherein the ring 6 is supported inside a ring-shaped sleeve R of the supporting member 7, while the regulating screw 5 is held in a screw nut 13 or 14 provided in the vehicle structure 16 in a plurality of adjustable positions of the headlight S.
