Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loose-leaf binder having small resistance force occurring at the time of opening even while having necessary and sufficient loose leaf holding force at the time of closing. SOLUTION: A first substrate 1 has a plurality of locking recessed parts 15 on the upper face of the outer edge on the first binding ring 1 side at prescribed intervals along in the longitudinal direction of the binder. A second substrate 2 has a locking projection 16 which is fitted to the recessed part 15 at the closing position of the binding rings 3, 4. The locking projection 16 has the rounded tip. Further, an inclined bottom face 100 is provided at the tip of the locking projection 16 so that the resistance force at the time of the detachment of the locking projection 16 from the locking recessed part 15 becomes small when both of the substrates are mutually pulled with the strength above a prescribed level in the horizontal separation direction in the locking projection 16.
