Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a stabilized ejection performance cannot be attained because ink from a pressurization liquid chamber and ink from a refill chamber flow from two directions and join in the vicinity of a nozzle to disturb the meniscus of the nozzle. SOLUTION: A channel plate 1 forms a nozzle interconnection passage 5, a pressurization liquid chamber 6 and a refill chamber 10. The refill chamber 10 communicates with the pressurization liquid chamber 6 on the upstream side of the nozzle interconnection passage 5 through a refill interconnection hole 11 and further communicates with the ink supply side to the pressurization liquid chamber 6 through a supply hole 12. Ink flow from the pressurization liquid chamber 6 and ink flow from the refill chamber 10 join before flowing into the nozzle interconnection passage 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
