Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot die coater capable of suppressing the formation of a high shoulder at edges with a simple and low-cost means. SOLUTION: The slot die 11 is constituted by vertically piling an upper block 12A and a lower block 12B. Shims 13A and 12B are interposed between the upper block 12A and the lower block 12B at both end parts of the slot die 11. A slot 15 which is demarcated by a bottom surface of the upper block 12A, an upper surface of the lower block 12B, and side surfaces of the shims 13A, 13B is formed.
