SOLUTION: When the operation disk part is rotated with previously decided speed being same as that of the disk part, Rotation speed and direction of the operation disk part are detected and special reproduction such as latch reproduction is performed by performing normal reproduction and rotation-operating the operation disk part. As the disk part is rotated with speed previously decided, after finish of operation of the operation disk part, rotation of the operation disk part is restarted with previously decided speed, and reproduction can be returned to normal reproduction.
