OPTICAL DISK PLAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk player which can perform special reproduction by same reproduction as special reproduction by an analog record player and in which braking force for rotation operation of an operation disk part can be adjusted easily, when audio data recorded in the optical disk is reproduced specially. SOLUTION: When the operation disk part is rotated with previously decided speed being same as that of the disk part, Rotation speed and direction of the operation disk part are detected and special reproduction such as latch reproduction is performed by performing normal reproduction and rotation-operating the operation disk part. As the disk part is rotated with speed previously decided, after finish of operation of the operation disk part, rotation of the operation disk part is restarted with previously decided speed, and reproduction can be returned to normal reproduction.
